The inspector was very professional. He was on time and was so thorough. At the end of his inspection he gave my agent and I a presentation of everything he inspected and recommendations. He allowed sufficient time to ask questions and did not rush his answers. He explained the warranties the company offered for no charge. I will continue to use them in purchases of home and will give them the highest recommendation.
Terry and Jim did a fantastic job. I had the pleasure of working with this company twice. Thank God Jim was so complete in his inspection of the first house I liked. He saved me so much headache and money with his assessment of the property. On the second house Terry did an equally impressive job only this time I went forward with the deal and could negotiate with the seller after learning more about the property.
Terry did a very thorough inspection. Very knowledgeable. Very good explanation of all possible issues and very good and easy recommendations on various things that should be taken care of about small things that would turn into bigger issues and are easy fixes. Took the time to explain concerns and reasons for concern in detail. I would book him again. I feel that my money was spent very well. Inspection report was available same day even though Terry had another inspection afterwards.
One of the best inspection companies I've ever used. The office was always friendly, reachable, and performed the inspections with integrity. I've called several times with questions about the report itself and my inspector, Jim, was always available to answer my questions. I've been using them for all of my rental properties.
Terry is efficient, very knowledgeable. Thorough. Excellent service. I encourage anyone seeking a home inspection with a reputable person, Blessed Assurance will provide that quality.
