Jim did a great job on my inspection. A very detailed report labeling every little thing that was off. He took the time to go over the report with me in person after it was done, and asked if I had any questions. Would for sure recommend to anyone looking for an inspection!
I was able to get an appointment within 48 hours of visiting the website. The inspector arrived early for the appointment so it could begin on time. He was thorough explaining his findings as he went along. He also explained routine items like how to use the tub faucet in the bathroom which was different from the ordinary faucet and drain. His findings included what I should expect to be done to correct them and he allayed my anxiety by pointing out the findings were all minor. Jim did an excellent inspection. I’m a first time home buyer so this process has been very intimidating and stressful. I wasn’t able to be at the house during the inspection but the report was very detailed. Pictures were taken, things were circled in the picture and had detailed descriptions. Very happy with my experience.
I had a home inspection done today by Blesses Assurance Home Inspections the inspectors name was Terry and he was beyond wonderful very friendly and very quick but on top of everything was a very good experience and I would refer anyone in need of inspection!!!! thank you guys for the wonderful experience today !!!!!!!!
The experience I had with my inspector Jim Wesoloski was great. Jim is very professional, thorough and he answered all our questions. I would totally recommend Blessed Assurance Home Inspections to anyone getting their home inspected and hopefully they'll have Jim or someone like him, he made it easy and comfortable.
Very thorough and friendly. Jim was able to explain everything he inspected, and was very patient in doing so.
