Today was great reminder why these guys freakin rock! I love my blendtec and therefore was very disappointed today when mine started smoking and gave the reading of over temperature. I thought for sure it was a gonner and I would have to hassle to get it replaced. Instead I called the number on the front of my machine and within 2 minutes on the phone they were able to determine it was the container not the unit and I have a new container being sent to me first thing in the morning. My power switch died just after a year of use. In 5 days I will have a new Blendtec base and a prepaid label to send back my broken one! Great customer service! Love this company and my Blendtec blender!
Worth. Every. Penny. I recently started to make lots of green smoothies. But with my old blender, my green smoothies of carrots or oranges or beets came out rather... erm.. chewy. It was gross. That's when I decided to take the plunge to get a Blendtec. The first thing I did was put in three oranges and a large grapefruit, put it on Whole Juice, and voila! It was unbelievably smooth... no chewy fiber at all! LOVE THIS!!!!
