Since November 15 and no reply. Apparently the gear on my Jar is damaged. Purchased through Costco.com 11 months ago (only 299 cycles and these include 10 second cycles for cleaning) and trying to see if I get authorization to return since Blendtec customer service and warranty is non-existent. Phones are down, most of the time, you can not speak with anyone. It is unfortunate you spend $400 for a blender and they do not stand by their products. RecommendedYesterday I called Blendtec as the bottom bearing went on my four side jar for the second time. I purchased the blender in 2014 and once again the excellent customer service in Utah has gotten all my info and is sending me a new jar under warranty with a redesigned bearing. I wish I had gotten the lady's name as her kindness and explanation of delays in mailouts made it easier to be understanding with the whole other pile of stresses. Thank you!

My son who is 100% tube fed got approved for their medical discount program . It took months to come up with the money to be able to afford it , I finally was able to , I was so so so excited to order it , I called with so much excitement , everything was going great . I love love love my blendtec! I am So happy I bought it! I’ve been making whole juice for months now and love my blender and my healthy juice!! I also made a wonderful creamy soup better than I ever did in the past thanks to my blendtec! I definitely recommend this blender!!!!

Quick follow up for those following this thread... we had a tracking number and shipment seems to have gotten lost. We're shipping a new one out right away.
Never thought this could happen to a Blendtec. We were making mango purée when the jar broke/exploded, leaving a big hole. Fortunately we don’t have any small kids at home. No one was injured but considering the speed and power, things might have ended up much worse.
My Blendtec started spitting shredded rubber on the inside and outside of the jar unfortunately I did not realize this until I had already taken a drink of my smoothie and drank some of the shredded rubber. The shaft wobbles and fluids are draining from the shaft. I purchased the Blender from Costco about 4 years ago. I have tried calling the 800-253-6383 but is is always busy and the 801-222-0888 number wont even connect. I have contacted Costco but was referred back to Blendtec. Can you please help my with this issue?
Wonderful customer service. The representative took her time with my issue and resolved it beyond what I expected. Great experience 👍🏻
