My Blendtec is a workhorse. I use it to grind coffee beans every morning and for a multitude of blending and pureeing of food for recipes. The warranty is outstanding at 8 years for motor and 3 years for jars. The customer service is very good and have gotten replacements for jars and for a reconditioned motor that 3 function buttons didn't function when pushed, but all else was working. I feel lost without it while waiting for my replacement this week.
I consider my Blendtec one of my best purchases ever made. I absolutely love it and this page !
Super happy this morning as Blentec will replace my 3-year old blender. No hassle. No real questions once they heard the weak sounds coming from the unit. Kudos to Blendtec for standing up on their warranty. Can't wait to get blending again!
Improve design of the Wildside jars to avoid bearings being seized! Failing that improve warranty coverage.
