The service department manager Layla has been rude and unprofessional each time I have dealt with her. We bought a 2014 Limited Jeep Grand Cherokee in 2014. We purchased an extensive bumper to bumper warranty as well. My husband took the jeep in today for oil change and detailed cleaning. She told my husband "you know it's raining right!" We wanted the inside of our jeep detailed still. My husband picked it up and nothing had been cleaned inside at all. This has become a dread instead of happy place to take our vehicle.
