If I could leave zero stars I would ******%. They are so rude, do not have any technicians that seem to know what they are doing. I purchased my vehicle 4 weeks ago, and am just now receiving it today. With things still not fixed like it was promised to me would be. They claim they have done all they can and wont help me any further.

I recently Purchased a jeep Cherokee overland That was completely a lemon. I purchased the car used and put a heathy down payment down on the vehicle. First week of having it. I broke down with my kids in the vehicle(airbag suspension went out) me and my husband payed 1500$ to get it fixed.(no problem) After getting the first issue fixed I Noticed that my truck was smoking. smaller dealership, with smaller prices, great friendly hometown knowledgeable people that are not trying to break your piggy bank. I can't say enough good things about this dealership, from the service dept, parts and sales. Truly seems to me that they believe in quality over quantity. Absolute joke of a place! I live in South Carolina and was trying to surprise my husband for Christmas with a truck that has been impossible to find. I was told by the sales manager since paper work had begun to get this truck shipped to South Carolina no one could purchase the vehicle, it was ours. Well they decided to sell it to someone else stating their offer had gone through before mine. Complete joke and terrible terrible customer service!
