Labor Day drive home, they were able to call in their jeep technician to help me out after breaking down on 95. I couldn't have picked a better spot to breakdown, but not only that the people couldn't have been more helpful. This group including Hugo and Bob went out of their way to accommodate us and have us back on the road the same day when their shop was not technically open. Unbelievable service, not to mention compassion. Thank you so much Bleeker automotive group.
Jeep trouble in Dunn, NC, on our way home to Virginia from Myrtle Beach on Labor Day. Bleecker Jeep right off NC I95 exit 73 is a direct answer to prayer. Hugo called in their mechanic and he came in on his day off. #Bleecker
What an awesome place this is! We broke down on the side of the road on the way back from the beach. It was a Saturday at 11:12am. They called in their best mechanic, and got me back on the road headed home. The nicest people I have ever met! Everyone in the whole dealership was great! I know where I will buy my next truck, how about you?!?!?!?!
I've purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership. I have the majority of my service work done here as well. I've never had a bad experience with anyone. I do miss my favorite salesman, Dwight, who retired.
They have shitty customer service. I took my car to them the first time and they said nothing was wrong. Then they pick it up with a tow truck and drop off a rental that had a cracked windshield headlight was out and body damage. I called them and they said does it get you from point a to point b.
