Best costumer service. I had Carl. My car crapped out on me on my way to the dealer and they still took my car for a trade in. They even arranged for me to get a rental because the car I bought wasn’t ready that day to take home. They filed up my tank, detailed the car, did some maintenance work before I took it home.

I bought the 2014 Chevy Volt. I can't believe the 50 mpg average i am getting so far. There is a learning curve: the Volt has 4 driving modes and i'm experimenting with them. The staff at Blasius North have been prompt, professional and very helpful! i can recommend this car and this dealership without any hesitation.

When I contacted them with a few questions, their initial response was poorly constructed, did not answer any of my questions, told me to look at the vehicle myself on their website, but then gave me the wrong link. I thanked them, told them I was no long looking to buy a vehicle from them but they continued to spam my email trying to get me to. Poor customer service, poor tactics.

I went in knowing exactly what I wanted wanted after searching on CARGURU! I was immediately greeted and tended to! Both sales man and financing personal were courteous, patient and knowledgeable. They got me the best financing price for my purchase! When I need another vehicle I will definitely be going to them first!!
Lulu was great to work with. Unfortunately someone placed a hold on the vehicle so I was unable to purchase it.
