Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Were the chiropractor's hands uncomfortably cold during your treatment? No, they were fine Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this chiropractor's office? Yes Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

No, my appointment started at the scheduled time After your appointment with this chiropractor, were you still skeptical that the treatment would be effective? Not at all! I was very confident when I left!
