Dr Koenig was so kind! I was nervous about a spot on my back. She looked at it and was very reassuring that it was benign. Took the time to share info with me about what to look for, and was just very personable. I would highly recommend her!
Dr. Cairns, dermatologist, is great. And his staff are so kind. Was there with my mother the recently and she was seen quickly and efficiently and with great respect! So grateful for this practice.
I was fired as a patient because they didn't charge me enough copay when I went for a couple of visits. Rather than just explain the problem and collect the shortage at my next visit they simply refused to renew my heart medication prescription. We're talking about $10. When I went for visits to the cardiologist they collected the copay upfront. This was a rather simple matter that has now ruined my relationship with them. So much for putting the PATIENT first as they say on their website.
Dr. Greg Ricketts is a great Doctor. He knows his stuff. I went to the ER room the night before and they told me IBS. Dr. Ricketts knew it wasn't IBS from the start and he knew I had a Bacterial Infection. Thanks
