The medical staff at NOMS Blanchard Valley Associates are hospitable and professional. They treat you like family.
For some reason I can't get anyone to answer the phone to reschedule an appointment. I have called multiple times and wait and wait and wait with no answer. I'm sure they will send me a bill for the missed appointment that I couldn't get rescheduled because they don't' answer their phone. I will be finding a new dermatologist!
Dr Ricketts retired before they switched to noms. Smart on his part I think. I called to get my 95 year old mother an appointment for shots in both knees, which Dr Ricketts has been doing for years for her bone on bone knees. They gave me two doctors options to see. I said we didn’t care as long as they could do the shots because that’s the only thing she sees the doctor for really.
