Hello. I went to Cozzas with hair past my waist, I told them I wanted a long hairstyle and to keep my length, I showed them pictures of what I wanted, so I expected maybe 6" to get cut off....... OVER HALF OF MY HAIR GOT CUT OFF !!!!! Looking on the bright side, I got a refund, but....that does nothing to make up for the amateurish haircut I received at the hands of Martin. When I tried to approach them about it I got told things like " a woman of your age shouldn't have a long style anyway" Who the hell are you to say thing... read more
