I had a shocking experience at this 'renowned' hair dresser. I left, paying a ridiculous amount of money for a service of poor colouring and damp unwashed and un-blowdryed hair. I am extremely disheartened by this. You are only paying for the name! not the service

For the record, the reason for the wait between your color service (which you stated you liked to our colorist) and the haircut was that you booked the cut last minute and we explained to you that there would be a wait. Ultimately you cancelled the haircut. Then we arranged to have a staff member blow dry your hair at no charge and when you approached the chair to have your service, you told the stylist you didn't want the blow dry.
