If you want an appraisal from someone who is out of touch with the market, then Mr. Blake is your guy. Selectively uses comps from homes not in your area to keep the pricing down. I have had neighbors get appraisals for $200 more per SF than mine within the past month.
On time, very professional and they did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.
Incredibly unprofessional. Mr. Blake tried to come into my house without a mask on and soured when I told him he had to wear one. I had cancer and am immunocompromised, so I really don't think it's that big of an ask! Mr. Blake proceeded to undervalue my property (for instance, my house has 13 rooms and he said that there are 7) and wrote that I was running a "mini motel" due to renting out a couple rooms to get by during the pandemic.
