I have worked with Blake Appraisal Services for over 20 years, both personally and with my clients. I highly recommend their business and appreciate their consistent delivery of accurate, high-quality appraisal reports. Thank you. Robert Eames
I would highly recommend using another appraisal service. I think there services are way off from the value of the home and very subjective. The comps used didn’t match the home and after I provided better comps they still refused to make any adjustments. Even during a soft market with high interest rates and homes not selling as quickly they will only look at comps and not take into account the rebuild cost of the home. Use someone else!
If you want an appraisal from someone who is out of touch with the market, then Mr. Blake is your guy. Selectively uses comps from homes not in your area to keep the pricing down. I have had neighbors get appraisals for $200 more per SF than mine within the past month.
On time, very professional and they did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.
