Impressed that the employee waited around for me to get home when I was running late.
I was concerned as the area was aireaited, seeded, and fertilized fairly late on October 20th. With less than ideal weather, the grass the grass started to appear the first week of November and seems to be doing well. So, hopefully it will gain enough growth before colder weather sets in.
Brad Leahy is knowledgeable, experienced and offered a very good price for termite treatment. He also treated exposed wood in our basement, something nobody else offered. I would highly recommend his firm.
On time and a very professional manner
We set up our plan and they took care of everything. Our yard looks green and we plan to use them again.

These guys are neat, clean, efficient, on time and they kill bugs too! I'll see these guys next year. Also, reasonably priced.
I met with the rep in a timely manner at the end of July. I still have not heard back from him. He did have my email address to send a proposal to me as well as my home address to mail it. One day my email told me two messages didn't come though, but there was no way to identify who the messages were from. Perhaps he was one of those.
so far so good.
