I have extensive damage to my lawn due to moles, so I needed to have the whole lawn reseeded. I decided to have the lawn aerated with their two direction aerator and then seeded. They said your lawn would be thick come spring time and would have very few if any weeds. They were right, grass even grew in shaded areas that would never take shade seed. Everyone I talked to from the office to the field technician was very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining the service being provided and the worked performed. Just in case you forget what was performed, they email a Service Summary Report. I really appreciate that feature.
