Nothing but an ass ache. Fuel cups started leaking after a few hundred miles on a 7.3 i purchased only to find out the heads were porous and needed to be replaced. Major blow by since the beginning. Motor lasted not even 10k miles. Very disappointing

bought 6.7 Cummins installed for my customer. Followed all the steps for breaking in per Blackwater truck went 800 miles and head gasket started leaking all around head. called Blackwater and they wanted to charge me 600.00 dollars to ship me another cylinder head said i didn't buy the better warranty plan. I have a 2009 Dodge ram 4.7 Engine. The original engine died. So, I called Black water engine and ordered a brand new eigne core. They sent it out right away. I proceeded to work on the truck got the old engine out and sent the core back. I filled out the warranty paperwork and sent it in. Now a year and a half later the engine blew again. Black water covered engine and labor for my truck. Thats amazing. I will always be grateful to Black Water Engine. All the people are friendly and professional. Thank you Bob Carlson

MUST READ! This is a real experience with blackwater engines. Absolutely the worst experience possible. The engine looked super clean when it was unboxed. But then this happened. I purchased a engine from here for a duramax 6.6l. They sent the engine it got installed, on initial start the engine fired up but ridiculous amount of smoke from exhaust. Called to let them know. Do not do business with this company. They are great if you are buying from them but the warranty is worthless. We did everything the requested, new oil cooler, injectors tested and sent pictures of the engine and they still denied the warranty. This engine lasted 17000 miles. This company has little if any integrity and I would highly recommend not using them or if you do use them do not plan on having a warranty with their inferior product.
