Great experience rehabiliting my ankle injury with James! Spent some weeks working with James on getting my ankle back in shape to return to regular exercise. Really clear instructions, and really took the time to understand any concerns I had and provided great explanations for everything. If (when) I get injured again, I will be back.

Attended this place the last few months during to a injury/slipped disk at work Ivan and chris are good people they do push you in the gym but that's part of there job they did help me gain my confidence back in my strength and helped me build a plan to gain confidence at work and become able to self manage my risk of future flare ups.
