Much preferable to Westmead, although I had a hyperglycemic event which they did NOTHING about. I lodged a complaint with the HCCC, and at first it looked like it was taken seriously, except the response from the Hospital was a bald face lie, and a subsequent attempt to correct that was totally ignored
I had a second endoscopy and colonoscopy done here recently and was very anxious about it. Both times, all the staff took such excellent care of me, making sure I was okay, warm and talking me through the procedure. My care was amazing, a heartfelt thank you to all the wonderful team who took care of me ❤️
Currently in emergency and being refused my basic human rights and treated in discrinitive ways by the emergency team mental health. Refused right to seek review. Refused access to names of treating clinicans. Violations of section 74. Unlawful and illegal detainment by Blacktown mental health of indigenous person. There are insufficient reasons to keep me detained. No two doctors. Only one doctor who misrepresented my words entirely and not culturally appropriate.
