Riya the receptionist was lovely and the dentists and nurses are great l got put under anaesthetic and had no trouble afterwards. I was also able to pay for everything using zip pay which helped me a lot. Would recommend this dental practice to everyone.
Very rude and unhelpful receptionist, asking me to booked for $69 consultation just to find out the price for splint. First i want to clear, I asked splint prices at 3 other dental place just want to be a informed customer/patient and they all gave me the prices with no problem. But not at Blacktown Dental Group! Took my son to Blacktown Dental Group this extraction on his teeth was so claiming and reassuring. The dentist and assistant were so help and motherly to my son and the front desk lady absolutely hospitality and helpful the whole time, even when trying to retrieve report from another clinic
I am getting a root canal at black town dental group and even though today was my first session. I was beyond impressed with the entire experience. The Doctor was incredibly patient and he was understanding throughout the whole process. He took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure I fully understood the treatment plan before we started.
