Scamming the Insurance company. Call on them! Told me over the phone that the clinic is accepting New Patients, scheduled me 2 months out for a Welcome Visit just to sit me down to tell me they ARE NOT accepting New patients, but they have a walk in(which we all know, from over the phone and On line) and an Urgent Care. Meeting Done. I wasn't in there for a minute. They Bill the insurance company for THAT visit. Scam. Call on them, let your insurance company know if this happened to you too!
the doctors are ok, however if you need Lab work done it takes foreverrrr , there is one lab office with only 2 employees and it takes them forever to call your number, ive had labs done elsewhere and it has never been this bad. Really annoyed everytime I need to get lab work done here. they need to fix this issue asap.
