Cupcake love the interaction at BCCB and comes home a happy little pup. Katie and staff are all so good about meds and schedules. Its a great place
My dog loved Critter Care! Katie made my dog Archie feel right at home!
Katie took excellent care of Tre. Tre has diabetes and I worry whenever we have to leave him in the care of someone else. He was so well taken care of and loved while we were away. My only regret is that we didn't know about BCC before now!!!!!

Katie is a tremendous person and human being. She truly loves dogs. On many occasions she took care of our pets, we always felt they were in good hands. Will miss her services.
Olive was hit by a car and killed while at Blacksburg Critter Care. The weekend of June 1st we left our family dog Olive at Blacksburg Critter Care as we attended a conference out of town. Olive was not there 24 hours before we received a call the following day telling us that she had been hit by a car and killed. There is no way to tell you of the mourning for our family.
