We love Katie and Blacksburg Critter Care. Cody, my 13 year old Golden Retriever, has been going there for years. I feel so comfortable leaving him with them. He is getting older and its getting harder for him to get around and they take great care of him. Thanks Katie! Anne Osimani

Katie took in our fur baby for a two week holiday -- longer than we are accustomed to going away. Unexpectedly, he needed to be on 3x/daily medication, as well. She took wonderful care of him, with no problems and no complaints on either side. The staff of Blacksburg Critter Care and Boarding, LLC are consummate professionals -- upright and appreciated by the community they serve.
Katie and her team have taken such wonderful care of our Buster over the last two years from day-play to boarding at what we affectionately call "Kamp Katie's"! BCC is Buster's "second" home and we are totally comfortable when he stays for a couple of overnights. We highly recommend BCC!
Katie always takes such wonderful care of our Lilly. It is like a second home to her and she always gets excited when we get there. I'll never board her anywhere else.

Katie has been such a blessing to us! She treats our little Chloe as if she were her own! It's so nice to go on vacation and not have to worry about her. I highly recommend Blacksburg Critter Care and Boarding!
Love this place! Katie is always so quick to respond, and my puppy gets to play with lots of others making it enjoyable for her as well as me knowing she's having a great time when I'm out of town!
