RecommendedKatie is reliable, her yard is very comfortable for dogs, and I have trusted my Zoey to her for day care, and also for boarding with complete confidence for a year and a half. If we weren’t moving, we would still be bringing Zoey to her. I recommend her services without any reservation!
It’s hard to believe she is still in business. Katy did a poor job and I’m not even sure she did the minimum when she took care of our dogs a few years back. Reggie had been dead for several days, when we came home. Who knows if they were fed? There is no way I would trust her with anything. I suppose some people say let it go but it still hurts. It is so awful remembering Reggie’s horrific condition when we returned home on Mother’s Day. Worst Mother’s Day ever.

Such a loving and great atmosphere for our dog. I feel it's almost as good as being at home! We had a great experience with Critter Care and are so glad it was recommended to us. Katie was wonderful, so organized, she has such a great place for dogs, and we felt our dog was in such good hands and didn't worry about him at all while we were away! I highly recommend Critter Care!
Don’t know what we would do without BBC. Katie loves each and everyone on the beloved pets that enter her doors. As soon as I pack Sarah’s travel bag, she knows that she is on her way to Katie’s!!!
Katie is absolutely amazing. This is by far the best place in Blacksburg to take your dog for day play or to stay overnight. Katies services are extremely fair in price and your pet will love there stay there!
So thankful for Katie and all the love and care she has given to my dog, Emmitt, over the last few years! As a veterinary student with a hectic schedule, she was always so accommodating to when I could take him. Emmitt would always come home worn out! I also knew how much he loved going by how excited he would get when we turned onto Katie's street. Highly recommend BCC!!
Our girls, Lumi and Sabine, have stayed with Katie twice and are currently on their third visit. They go in excited and come out happy and healthy, exactly what we’d expect and hope for! Katie provides an awesome atmosphere for pets in her care and has a strong, positive working demeanor in her interactions with pets. It’s well worth the investment for quality care and peace of mind.
