Delilah and Rex came home so happy and worn out! They loved their stay! Katie was amazing, detailed, organized and clearly has such a love for fur babies! Our dogs have never come from boarding so happy! I know I can relax and enjoy my time away now cause they are in such good hands. Thank you!
My dogs stayed there this weekend and had a blast! The owner is amazing and worked with me on her day off so I could have a place for them to stay during a family gathering!
Katie took great care of our English bulldog Conrad when we were out of town for a few weeks. Her house is beautiful and she takes great care of all her visitors! We def. recommend her!!!!
Katie watched our Yorkie Ziggy on yesterday for the very first time. We ere nervous at first, but when we met her, she was so nice and comforting, we drove off with no worries. She sent me a text with a picture of Ziggy laying around relaxing. That was most comforting. Katie (BCC) will always be our choice of dog care for our Ziggy when we are in the area❤
Our senior boy, Regal the Beagle spent his first week away from us and in Katie's care. We are so grateful to have found her! It's obvious she is fulfilling a calling to care for animals and her place is amazing! !! Regal will be happy to come back and stay again and we'll be so happy to use her services again.
We are so happy to have found Katie and Blacksburg Critter Care. Our dog stayed for a long weekend. after meeting with Katie prior, we felt at ease leaving our dog in her care.
Katie is a true dog whisperer, just like Cesar Milan. She has kept and nurtured my Cairn terrier, Puck, for seven years and has made his life so much better. In early 2012 I had to leave Puck for much longer than I had planned in order to be with my very ill daughter in Chicago. Katie not only allowed Puck to overstay his original reservation but even bought food for him when my supply ran out. She is a wonderful friend, animal lover, and pet professional.
