I had a pipe bust from one of the bathrooms.It flooded the whole house.My insurance got a hold of Blackmon Mooring to come clean it all up.What a crock.They were unprofessional and clumsy.In the process of removing carpeting out of one of the bedrooms they scratched my walls and put a scratch on a dresser.Then they didn't sweep up non of the dust left from the carpeting they removed.So when they put their noisy fans in place.They blew that stuff all over the place.I had to deal with that noise and discomfort for 5 days.When ... read more

We called out Blackmon Mooring at 2am when our supply line to our toilet busted. The entire bottom floor of our home was flooded. The crew and project manager responded within an hour. The pm and crew came up with a game plan and the crew went right to work. My husband was skeptical but after seeing them in action he knew we had made the right choice. Outstanding service and work!! – After a busy holiday week we had Blackmon Mooring come out to clean our carpets and tile. We were absolutely amazed how great it looked. We have had our carpets and tile cleaned by numerous other companies but it has never looked like this. Even better the price was lower than what we have paid in the past. I had Blackmon Mooring out to clean the tile and carpets in my house one day.And to say the least I wasn't impressed.I had urine stains on my carpet from my two dogs.And when I had K&M carpet cleaners they cleaned them up pretty good.Blackmon Mooring couldn't get the stains out or take away the urine smell.Then they cleaned my tile and grout and it looked the same as it did before they flooded all my tile with an excessive amount of water.Thanks for nothing Blackmon Mooring.You guys are the best at ripping people off.

One night I woke up in the middle of the night and found that my floors were wet from a busted water line to my refrigerator.So my insurance company USAA told me to call Blackmon Mooring.They came out and did the work.They cut the carpeting out and took all the baseboards off that were supposedly wet.In that process they damaged my walls by not cutting the cocking on it right.Then they left a mess from they removed.They left my furniture on the wet concrete which resulted in my wood book shelf to start bowing up after a coup... read more

Don't ever use Blackmon Mooring to clean you upholstery.I had them clean my sofa and loveseat and they messed them up.I found tears that weren't even there.Non of the stains I was concerned about came out.They steam cleaned it when I found out from the Factory maker of that furniture that it was supposed to be dry cleaned.The workers who did it were messy.They made my house messier then what it was.And they didn't even do all the cushions and pillows.It was a half assed job by a half assed company.And from the other reviews ... read more

Here are some reasons not to use Blackmon Mooring.They do not clean Air Ducts properly.Check your vents after they clean it.I guarantee they missed a couple on purpose.Especially in the bathrooms.Don't let them clean your carpets.They can't get most spots that other companies can.They can't get up urine stains because they never get the chemical.They salesman well tell you the world.But they lie.They put too much equipment for waterlosses.They are just milking the insurance companies and I don't know how they don't catch on ... read more
