Not only did they do carpet cleaning, they also replaced the damaged padding. Additionally, they did wall and moulding repair. They were fair and efficient and did a very good job.

Blackmon Mooring scored an F - for a complete and utter Failure to preform. They never arrived for the scheduled appointment, never called to say they were delayed. Even after I called to find out why they were an hour and a half late, the call center told me they would call the local branch and have them call me with a new ETA. No one ever called. I called the call center back an hour later and got the same result, "we don't know - we'll have someone call", Still no return call three and half hours past their scheduled appo... read more
They did a great job. We were pleased that they allowed us to move our pets around so as not to scare them.

I had a large fire. My insurance company recommended Blackmon Mooring. I would rather have done the work myself. The people cleaning the insulation and ceilings threw away everything they encountered, to include money and things not damaged at all. then packers moved from one room to another without finishing anything. they put dirty ashtrays in boxes then threw away perfectly good belongings. Disapointed with Customer Service- Manger/Owner Level – Let me start by saying the team they send out to do the work are very nice and do strive to make the customer satisfied. What is disappointing about this, is they have no support from their supervisors or managers higher up. Our experience is this: November 11, 2011 I scheduled a very basic carpet clean.
