RecommendedI went to the dealer with my wife not knowing much about the different vehicles. Jeff walked us both through the different makes and models and we bought a great utv. Picked it up last week. They helped me load it on the trailer and made sure it was stacked down safely. Never had a better experience buying a product

OK today I tried to have a back tire put on. Now when I was shopping for a tire they were more expensive than anywhere else I checked. I found a tire for $169 and when I talked to the guy at the parts counter and told him I found the same tire online for $169.00 and their price was $220.00 The man at the parts counter said he could go as low as $200.00 but last week when we spoke on the phone he said if I could find it cheaper he would match the price, he lied! I had a great experience with them . I rode 150 miles for this bike , so my deal with a trade was done just through emails. They stood by the negotiated numbers and got me out quick. Nope not reliable they promised to have a scooter ready and they didn’t following week was supposed to be ready and it wasn’t even though I offered to pay cash, apparently they don’t need my money but my money it’s good somewhere else.

Its aggravating when people don't ask to speak to a manager to get a situation resolved and just choose to blast them to the public. There is always two sides to every story. twice in the past year I was at Blackman's, both times we walked around looking at vehicles both times nobody acknowledged us we went outside and saw open crates of new vehicles that were just left to rust in the elements the parts are sun faded and even saw some birds nesting in a UTV that was partially assembled we went back in the showroom to ask about something we saw but again everyone just walked past us if this was a one time thing I could understand but twice within a year isn't a coincidence we came down planning on... read more
