they have excellent service I purchased a 2017 Harley Davidson road King my salesman Jeff the beard Rush showed me and explain to me everything about the bike and was very helpful and answered all my questions I was treated like family I would definitely recommend it to my fellow workers and family 👍
I’ve purchased 3 bikes from Blackmans a 2009 Can-am Spyder a Yamaha Vstar 650 and now a 2021 Can-am Spyder RTL. Excellent service with each purchase. My most recent purchase went so smooth with salesman Jeff (the beard)Rush that I would most definitely refer anyone to Blackmans. Great experience at Blackman's with the purchase of my Honda Rancher 4 years ago, and my new Cfmoto Uforce 500 purchased last week. Special shout out to Chase and Karma for all their help and ease of transactions on both machines. The parts department is super helpful as well, and I also need to thank the guys who assisted in loadjng and securing my side by side on my trailer. Poor customer service I’m looking to by 2 dirt bikes I called them to speak to a salesman to get some information and they kept on tossing me around between finance and service department and at the end I couldn’t speak to nobody in the sales department at the end the guy from the financing department he said leave your number and somebody will call you back shortly and they never did I will definitely not go there or even called them again there is many dealers around sells dirt bikes

Even when we are fully staffed its hard to keep up with the overwhelming phone calls. Powersports has been very popular this year with social distancing.
