We have nothing but 100% positive things to say about Dr. Blackford surgery center. From the moment we were greeted, we felt right at ease and comfortable here. Our dog Rocky is a "special" case due paralysis, yet he has taught himself how to walk again due to his stubbornness. Today Jerry and I went for our first visit at Blackford to check out his hip dysplasia. The facility is beautiful and the staff and doctors were so kind and attentive. I had the honor of having Dr. Blackford take a look at Jerry. They examined him thoroughly and he was comfortable with them. Highly recommend Dr Rebecca Hodshon! She is the best and very knowledgeable in her field of orthopedics. She went way beyond my expectations and printed out information on where to get additional supplements to help Molly with her arthritis. I could see her love for animals and Molly didn’t seem to mind the examination. The receptionist even brought me hot tea as I waited. Love this place ❤️❤️
I have had 3 TPLO surgeries with this clinic now and the surgeons and staff are wonderful. I highly recommend!

I took my Husky, Koda, there for TPO surgery on his left hip. Dr. Blackford and her staff are wonderful! They treated us like family. Koda has to have another TOP on his right hip and this is the only place I would recommend taking your pet. It’s even a 2.5 hours drive for us!
Dr. Blackford is an amazing surgeon, she is the only doctor that I will take my 2 babies to for surgery, even if it’s a 5 hour drive. I know they are in great hands when they are at her vet clinic.
