Undoubtedly the best Bistro on the island for Hog fish, Grouper, atmosphere and service.
Let me tell you about the best meal I've had in key west... Blackfin Bistro is small and quaint, which gives an amazing dining experience. I opted for a burger (when you see the decadence of the burgers you'll understand why). 8oz angus patty topped with a generous portion of fresh goat cheese, sautéed mushrooms, crunchy red onion and a delicious savory BBQ-like sauce, served with freshly cut lightly salted French fries. Excellent! Food only paralleled by the service!
Best hamburger I have had in years. So good my wife completely forgot about her entrée after one bite. Do yourself a favor and try the Kobe beef/Waygu burger. You won't be disappointed. Medium rare is key.
This is by far my new favorite Key West restaurant. The food was superb and the atmosphere made it an amazing experience. The staff turned an exquisite meal into an unforgettable experience. One every Key West visitor should try. Thank you all for the great night and hope to see you again!
