I just had my first visit with Dr. Inaba yesterday (11/24/15) - unfortunately, it was for a dental emergency, but I was very happy that he was able to see me on such short notice. The staff was very professional, courteous and efficient (despite a minor problem with the X-ray machine), and I felt relaxed and at ease throughout the visit. First, I will begin by saying the front office staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. They are always attentive, regardless of how busy they are, and Meridian Dental is a very busy office. That in itself is a good sign. I have had several procedures done by Dr. Josh Walker. He is extremely talented and thorough in every aspect of his time spent with you. I had my first experience with them this week and I was blown away by the level of customer service. Every person there is 100% professional and personable. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions. The advanced technology they use in the office ensures they are very thorough and cover all questions and concerns. They even have short movies to show you about the products and treatments they will be providing. I couldn't have asked for a better environment and experience at the dentist office.

As always, Meridian Dental is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, warm and on time. I love the dentists and staff who work here. They all seem to know you by first name and take a personal interest in their clients. I would highly recommend Meridian Dental to anyone looking for dental services. They won't be disappointed. The staff seems like one big happy family.

Everyone from the receptionist to the doctors are excellent. I walked in as a new patient, wanting to make an appointment to have a persistent infected tooth taken care of, and was told that they could squeeze me in now. That I shouldn't wait any longer. The office personnel took care of the paperwork and gave me a cost of the procedure and called my insurance to verify I had enough coverage while the Doctor's assistants took x-rays, showed me what is going on with my tooth, and prepped me for the Doctor to come in once he w... read more

I went in for a standard cleaning on 8/27/15. I was called back to the operatory within a few minutes of my scheduled cleaning. The staff was friendly and multiple of them asked about my 6 month old. The cleaning was completed in a good timeframe and the hygienist was gentle on the portion of my gums that I had mentioned were sensitive. It was a nice visit to the dentist.
