Great friendly environment and services. Professionally done and timely efficient.
I was greeted by name when I checked in and waited very little time for my appointment to begin. I came for a check up/cleaning and the hygienist explained what she was doing every step of the way. Dentistry has made wonderful improvements in equipment and teeth care over the years and my visit was complete in less than an hour. And I left with everything I need for better home care!
I tell everyone how fantastic the care is at Meridian Dental. Staff take the time to explain procedures and to advise on home follow up. Though I have never looked forward to visiting a dentist, the level of professionalism at this clinic puts me at ease.
As a person that has disliked going to any Dentist, Meridian Dental Clinic, makes it easier to go. From their friendly Staff to their exceptional Dentists there. They are knowledgeable, helpful and caring. Thanks to EVERYONE there for such exceptional care!
After 36 years of dental service with Meridan Dental as my provider there has been not one instance when I thought moving to another dental office was necessary, This dental office has been staffed with great people in the past and that contniues with the current office and dental personnel, they are the best to work with. I do miss some of the orignal crew but as in life people move on, but the service and professionalism continues every day. As usual, I felt welcome, respected, and was treated well during my exam. My concerns, no matter how minor are addressed as if they hadn't heard this a million times before me. Thank you to all of the staff.
My entire family has been going together for all our cleaning and treatment plans. The office staff assured me that all appointments scheduled, especially the children, are conveniently within the same visit so we are only traveling once. Also, every time we get there a dental assistant confidently greets each of our kids taking them by the hand and chatting it up as they head to the back. I walked in and was seen within 20 minutes. I needed a Molar extraction. Everything is done in-house. Reliving because I had already dealt with referrals and not getting treatment that morning. While in considerable pain. The Dr. and staff put me at such east and really took excellent care of me. It became clear I was in great hands.
Our daughter was most excited for her goodie bag with floss. At a young age it's great to introduce them to dental hygiene, Dr. Mark assures me that she is confident during her visits and she always greets each dental assistant and front desk staff like she honestly remembers her visit the time before. My appointments are scheduled conveniently together so that I only have to make one trip.
