Most thorough dental exam I have ever experienced. Answered all my questions and every person in the office was friendly and helpful. If there was anything to find wrong with any part of my mouth, they would have found it.
I love coming to this office. The front staff is always very courteous and respectful. I recently missed my appointment due to miscommunication on my part. Instead of brushing me off, I was able to be seen on the same day by my wonderful dentist-Dr Inaba. I was not charged a fee for missing my originally scheduled time. The assistants due a wonderful job explaining mouth and teeth hygiene, and how it is so important and ties in with the rest of your overall health.
Like Alice, I fell down the rabbit hole into a wonderland of cavity fighting ninjas, and was treated like the Queen of Hearts.
It was a pleasant visit. Both Dr. Inaba and Tresa were excellent. Thank you.
Never have apprehension about going to the dentist again. The office staff is very friendly. The techs explain everything through talk as well as video. Never been anywhere like it. Will never go anywhere else.
After my first visit to Meridian Dental, I was put at ease from the start to end. Having extreme anxiety disorder, my fear and anxiety overruns all that I do, but after having the calming experience, I have made the decision that this is the dentist office for me. Highly recommended!!!!!
I havent been to a dentist in over 15 years, so my teeth were in rough shape. The staff, technicians and Dr. Mark are the best I've ever experienced. Friendly, accommodating, professional and a great sense of humor have gone so far in alleviating my dental phobia. I've had a lot of restoration work done in the past 4 or 5 months. There's no pain while I'm in the chair and practically no pain afterwards. They stay at the forefront of dental technology. Everyone enjoys having a root canal, I know I know. But seriously I actually fell asleep in the chair for a short time. The Dr. and assistant were very gentle. Later that night I received a call from the dentist checking to see how I was feeling. I'm very happy with the way I was treated and the professionalism displayed by the dentist and dental staff.
I have had lots of procedures this past year and have been very happy with Dr. Steven and Meridan Dental. I truly feel like they care about me and my dental health. They are very good about explaining what is going on, what is going to happen and ask often if everything is ok. I have been very pleased with my improved dental health and would recommend Merdian Dental, Dr. Steven and his Team to everyone. Thank you for being there for me!
