I travelled from the UK to New York in February and the black tap was on my list of must do's! When we arrived there was a 2 hour queue outside in the cold and a 40 minute wait once we ordered just for 2 milkshakes. The shake is just about average not worth the money or time at all. They look pretty but the shake itself isn't overly nice, its something very basic and boring. They shakes were $15 each yet back home i can get a much better one for £3. Very disappointed, don't waste your time!
I wish I could say I loved this place. However, standing in the rain for a 3 hour wait was not worth it for us. On top of everything our friend was in a soft cast and couldn't stand for 3 hours but bouncers didn't care. Wasted trip into the city
Visited it today, waited for 2 hours to get in but was well worth it. I had the sour power milkshake and my husband had a Texas burger! The bar man was very nice and it has a lovely feeling to the whole place. Both found and milkshake were amazing! Xx
My only Con was the line you have to do outside just to get inside: Pros are that their milkshakes are delicious and look amazing. I also had the Korean bbq chicken wings and fries which were great. I will definitely go again.
We went between the lunch and dinner rush and the wait wasn't too bad, but even if it were, it was 100% TOTALLY worth the wait! Burgers and shakes were crazy good! Can't wait to go back again!
5h in the line to try milkshake and it was not very tasty. If you go there just for milkshake, don't wait. Really. Indeed, when you go to try milkshakes you have to drink it standing. Chairs are only for customers who eat burgers.. So if you really want to wait, be sure it is to eat burger and milkshake, otherwise it is a waste of time, money.
Good things come to those who wait and patience is a virtue. Yes we waited but place is small and what they serve is fun good and worth the wait. If over 25 recommend 24 hour fast. I enjoyed my visit there. ..
