Shawn was our waiter he was so nice and understanding, he saw Rob and I were not happy with our seats and let us switch . We waited approximately one hour maybe less due to getting there early and I felt it was well organized how they get people in, they had the communication devises like you see people with the president talking with each other,once inside it offered a fun upbeat environment,the staff all were friendly and even the fellow customers made it a fun experience. The wait was a little long but the food and customer service was GREAT! Definitely going back .
Service horrible, long wait, over priced for every day food items, but really good food.
The hamburger was fantastic, fries were perfect, the shake was just as you'd imagine it would be! Put all this with the kindest and most personable employees...if only I could give them 6 stars!!! There was a little line to stand in before we went in, but only had to wait 20 minutes or do. The place is tiny, nothing fancy about it, but I was made to feel right at home. This will definitely be a stop in all my future trips to New York!!
