I've had a few burgers on my trip to NYC. One at the Shake Shack and a couple other places. I would honestly say that the burger at the black tap was by far the best in New York. Combine it with the one of a kind milk shake and amazing customer service and I would say this is the best place to go in New York for a meal. expect to wait in line... Suck it up, it's totally worth it !!
The worst service ever! Milkshakes are nothing but average. Two hours in line minimum to get a table. It just not worth it!! Dont waist your time

I 10000000% was WAITING for a moment so I can write a review on this place. Started off fine (it was my friends birthday and she's always wanted to come here for the shakes) except for the waiting on line for an hour in the rain for us to go into the establishment and it to be empty because they were short staffed. We sat down and immediately the waiter Nasim told us there was a 20 minute wait on shakes and a 40 minute wait on food.
