This location is awful. Slow service, horrible customer service. From everyone. Go to a different location.

Waitress we had was amazing. She was very outgoing and we laughed a lot. Food was amazing. Love the lunch menu options.

Me and my mom went there for lunch on our way to see a movie. We both had never been and let’s try it. I had the fish n chips and she had the ribs with sweet potato fries. We both enjoyed our meals and said we would come back again.

We had priority reservations. Upon arrival we were told 1/2 hour wait. 1-1/2 hour later we were finally seated. Food was very good, waiter was excellent,. On top of the wait, I had to cook my own food because our waiter said the kitchen was backed up. For $150 I expect my food to be cooked. I should get a 1099 for my work there. I have been to a few different Black Rocks, never again.

great food and drinks, the steak and ribs as well as the shrimp are awesome. Friendly service and great atmosphere.
