We can fine a lot better places to eat in Novi than this one. Their employees have no idea what courtesy really is.

Awesome night at Black Rock Novi. A quoted 20-25 minute wait turned into 8 minutes. our waiter Jonathon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding my wheat/gluten allergy. He went above and beyond to make our night smooth, including offering to bring our soup/salad while we waited for our appetizer so we had time to eat each course. Our waitress...she was great
very slow service and had to get 3 rocks to cook my steak brough other two were not that hot they forgot my sides definitely never coming back to this location you spend 100s of dollars to eat here and had a group of people and never got refills on drinks had to walk up to the bar to get my own drink waitress never came and checked on anyone I ate here when they 1st opened definitely was a better place then, then it is now so far this has been the worst location i have been to after this experience I will never eat at this l... read more
Great food and atmosphere.
I'm a frequent visitor. Someone in the kitchen had a heavy hand with the salt shaker. We sent some items back. Didn't want to raise iur Blood pressure. Smh! Our drinks were on point! Loved my steak!
The fact that 4 tables that came in after us were served before us was reason enough. This is not to mention poor service and missing items
