Horrible customer service
We used to love this place until we decided to come for Mother’s Day . I made a reservation a week ahead for 2:00PM for 5 people and were there on time . From the beginning we were told there is a wait time of 40-45min even with a reservation which we were ok with although they didn’t mention over the phone that there would be a longer wait when we reserved. Excellent food and drinks!
We had the priority seating. It still took over an hour to get seated. When we did get seated the table still had the previous party’s used dishes on the table. We had to ask them to wipe down the other table as they only wiped down 1. The service was extremely slow (took over an hour to get our food once we ordered) and some of the food was cold. The service was terrible. I made reservations two weeks ahead and arrived on time with my entire party of 16 people. The service was slow, when our food finally arrived it was cold and had to be sent back. I spoke with the manager who was unapologetic but removed the items from the bill.
I had the tuna for the first time and its great, doesn’t even need to be cooked! Ask for Willie he will take great care of you.
