We had oysters Orville... Excellent and we highly recommend this appetizer. She Crab soup was the best we have ever tasted. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Really a great place to eat and the best prime rib I've had ever. We also had the brie with a raspberry sauce which was great

My first time at the Black Pelican went much better than my recent second trip. Unfortunately I ordered one of the surf and turf specials which included the New York strip and swordfish. The steak was good, slightly overdone from what I had asked, however the swordfish was very unappealing. It came soft and soggy, with no firmness to it as you would expect in a swordfish. Great food, great atmosphere, great service. A must stop.
We eat here every time and several times... we love it
Four of us went for dinner tonite. Food was ok. Service was lacking. I won't put this on the list for a return visit.
