Scallops for two is not really for two. Only 3 scallops. So who gets the third one (for $15!)?
Steak was excellent.
Best happy hour in town....5pm to 7pm (even Saturday!!) Half price apps and reduced drinks....can't beat it!

The kitchen closes at 9:30 Monday through Thursday. If you're coming to check out live music - prepare to put your food order in early. Kitchen closes at 10:30 on Friday and Saturday. Closed Sundays.
Grotto is a classy place to eat. I'll call this "smart" casual dining right in the heart of the borough. Full service bar and dining room serving american cuisine. Able to handle private parties as well.
It's the atmosphere we enjoyed We stopped at the Grotto with 2 other couples after a lovely meal, to chat and enjoy a drink or 2. We did not sample the food, however what we saw and smelled around us seemed good. We had some VERY EXPENSIVE mixed drinks and enjoyed the atmosphere of a high-end corner bar very much. It was the perfect end to our evening, however a bit too expensive for regular visits.
Grotto The Grotto is one of my "new" favorite spots to meet friends. The food is great, atmosphere cozy and I love running into old friends that I seldom see. The staff is very friendly, especially Amy and Ashley! They offer a great variety of wines by the glass or your favorite beer on tap. If you haven't been there yet, your missing out!!
Horrific Service, Weird Menu,Arrogant Manager – We had a 7:30pm reservation, arrived on time and were seated upstairs in a back room. After 20 minutes no one showed up to the table. At 30 minutes waitress came over asked if we wanted to see a drink list. At 40 minutes wine list came. At 45 minutes wine came to table with dirty glasses.
