Thyme. Didn’t like previous black horse tavern but has now changed owners/chef. So we thought we’d try it. So far so good.
Piano karaoke? Hell yes.
By far the worst meal I've had in Newtown. I've eaten here before and enjoyed the visit. This visit the food and the service were awful. Food was cold. Scallops cut in half to appear as more. Too bad

The expectation of nice filet mignon was shattered by getting an overcooked stake. Instead of getting medium-rare juicy meat, we got well done stake. Live piano and fancy location saved the evening.
The truffle fries are awesome!
just overall wonderful place the food is great people are warm and Michael the owner is fantastic glad to be a customer there
