By far the best clinic and staff in town! Ann Is amazing!
I have been to IHS for an appointment and was refused an assessment and was even put on standby in case someone didn't make it. Finally I left. I called numerous locations in Rapid City, and I finally came across BHUC and they got approval from the Director to take care of me. My baby and I were greeted at the door, refreshments were provided, everyone was friendly, service was fast and direct. Thanks to their wonderful staff!!
Told a 2 hour wait only to have someone that came in after ....go before...logging on 3hrs and still waiting.....2hrs too long for anyone to have to sit in a waiting room full of sick people! It's sick season....close your doors or get more help.
Best clinic ever! I went there on a Sunday with my 4 year old daughter. Everyone made her feel so comfortable. I want to give a big thank you to Josh, PA, Charice (rad tech) and Adelle(nurse). They were the most polite medical staff I have ever come in contact with. I also wanted to thank the front desk lady - super sweet and very professional!
