I was absolutely appalled at the horrific experience I had at the Spearfish office. I was insulted and degraded and my problem (chapped bleeding lips which I’ve had for months and still live with 3 months later) was disregarded as a simple rash that lasts less than 3 weeks untreated. Despite website after website that says this is a symptom of a potentially cancerous condition, this doctor insisted it was not.
My 3 daughters were seen by black hills urgent care at the Gillette office. One was seen for a cold, one for a cold and a sports physical and one for only a sports physical. During the visit the doctor could not keep straight what patient she was working with and then we were billed for 3 sick kids. They even called in the prescription for the wrong kid. I have been dealing with the billing office, and no one can figure out the mess because the doctor incorrectly charted the information; not even charting that she saw anyone... read more
I recommend regional urgent care
I absolutely recommend Black Hills Urgent Care and Black Hills Orthopedics!! My 6 year old recently fractured her arm and every single appointment has been great! The staff is incredible, the facility is clean, the scheduling is easy and the care is outstanding! Thank you guys for everything you do!!
Dr Webb saved my life and i will never forget him !
I was literally 1000 miles from home, and hurt my foot. I limped into the Spearfish location and they did a great job. I had broken my toe, but I was on my way in short order. Thank you all very much.
Friendly staff and quality service every time we go to the Mountain View location. We have never waited more than 10 minutes.
