RecommendedFriendly service, however, billing department is a mess. Always keep receipts and pay close attention to their bills. We paid our co-pays and received no other statements which is correct. However, 5 months later we receive a rude and threatening call to send us to collections for $20, we were working so we didn’t have our receipts on hand, so we paid it under pressure. However, when I called to set the billing record straight, they owed us $20 and couldn’t explain THEIR mistake. UNACCEPTABLE!
I took my 2 year old daughter to spearfish urgent care and I was so impressed with the service. Diane at the front desk is a gem. So cute with my daughter. Anna CNP was thorough and kind, great bedside manner. The nurse was great too. The facility is beautiful. I live in California and I am have been so impressed with healthcare providers here!

Amazing service! Waited only 10 minutes for a walk in, I brought my one year old in for what I thought was an earache, the NP saw her said her ears looked good but as soon she saw her belly and noticed what I thought was constipation, she ordered us to get a X Ray of her belly and found out she had cancer on both kidneys! Unfortunately we still had to go to the ER where despite them being forewarned we waited for 3 hours to be life flighted to Sioux Falls but that was beyond our control 🤷🏻♀️I will forever be so great full... read more
Had a fully body rash while on a month long camping trip. Everyone was amazing. It was literally the BEST urgent care experience ever. You're treated like royalty & the lobby is more like a hotel lobby than a doctors office. They even have fancy water. Well done South Dakota, well done.
We have had such wonderful experiences with BH Urgent Care. Caring staff who make you feel welcome and taken care of, physicians who listen to your questions and give answers. I recommend BH Urgent Care to anyone in the area. We have had 4 different provider when visiting over the last 6 months and have nothing but good to say about all of them.

At first I was pleased with the first visit regarding my issue I had going on. The cost was no problem as they helped me out. At that appointment I was told if it wasn’t completely better or started getting bad again to come back. Well 2 days after completing my meds the pain started again and got worse over 3 more days.
