terrible customer service. the provider was argumentative & not knowledgable. also called the manager and never heard back. would not recommend anyone going to the gillette office as they have limited resources for imaging & will not answer to all your concerns.
We walked in with only a couple people in the waiting room, check in took a little long but they told us if we ever come back it’ll be way faster. Dr and staff were great! Let both my kids have popsicles and treated my daughter right away, and constantly watched her fever. Offered us water, coffee and tea more than once. Also kept the kids busy with the iPads in the waiting room. My daughter started to cry and the admin checking her in ran to get her stickers to try to make her happy. went in with severe stomach pain, puking, fever, chills.... lab work showed signs of infection.... sent home with "stomach virus" as diagnosis... 3 days later in the ER with sepsis and life flighted across the state. Never. Again.
Worst experience I have ever had with this place. Checked in online but had to wait for over an hour because the check in was so slow that 3 people went in front of us in line.
So glad to know that you all discriminate against title 19 folks. Everything was fine until that card was pulled out. Way to go. Not.
