I was in town for work, they were great I'll be back!
An amazing place to grow and workout. The instructors and very knowledgeable and are right there encouraging good form and technique from start to finish. Class sizes are appropriate and the equipment is clean and maintained. Everyone is encouraging no matter where you are in your fitness. I strongly recommend this box.
