Stopped in for an early morning workout while on a family road trip! A great box!
Did a drop in WOD while traveling through area. Gym is in a very convenient location and the coaches were very welcoming! Highly recommend this Box if ever visiting the Rapid City area!!
First workout I've ever participated in that was hard yet enjoyable. Instructors are great!
